Learn about reprise.fi
New to reprise.fi or DeFi? Here’s your cheat sheet to the key terms:
Collateral
The assets (e.g., USDC, ETH) you deposit into reprise.fi vaults to borrow against. It earns yield and stays locked until your debt’s cleared.
[rUSD]
Our synthetic stablecoin, pegged 1:1 to USD. You borrow it against your collateral, and yield burns it over time to repay your debt.
LTV (Loan-to-Value)
The ratio of your borrowed [rUSD] to your collateral’s value. reprise.fi caps it at 50%—borrow 500 [rUSD] for 1,000 USDC, keeping things safe.
Yield Harvesting
The process of collecting profits from your collateral’s yield (e.g., via Yearn or Aave). We automate it to reduce your debt—no action needed.
Vault
A smart contract holding your collateral, generating yield, and tracking your debt. Think of it as your personal reprise.fi engine.
